Thank goodness for Janice! She will get more organizing done in a few hours than I can do in a month (or a year!). My home office has been a dysfunctional disaster and she created space and order! She is kind, calm, super smart and understanding. Home office life is much better after having her help. I highly recommend her!

Most important: your secret Awful Room will go from unusable to usable in 4 hours. How this happens? A proprietary blend of Mary Tyler Moore and Seal Team 6. Not kidding. What do you do while MTM and ST6 are boots on the ground? When you hear "we have some decisions to make" it helps if you can do it. This is when the MTM comes in. What do they do when they find Shameful Secrets like Perfectly Preserved Fast Food Cheesecake in a Bookcase (yup). It stays classified. Like I said. Seal Team Six. Hard to explain a professional organizer, but 4 hours with JFAR can accomplish the most difficult of missions. Hope this helps. JFAR is the best. Just the best.

I hired Janice to help me make a dent in 10+ years of office clutter. I've had the intention (for 10+ years) to do something about all the stuff in my office but just couldn't get myself to take action. I think a lot of my resistance had to do with overwhelm. The idea of having to look at all the piles and decide what to do with hundreds of items made me avoid even spending a few minutes a day to organize.

There are a lot of people who specialize in helping clients deal with physical clutter. What I like most about Janice is her calm, clear, supportive energy. She went through my clutter, literally item by item asking me whether I wanted to donate, recycle, throw out or keep each.

And if I said I wanted to keep something, no judgement, she simply put the item in a labeled space.

When our session was through we had bags and bags of stuff to throw out. Janice handled all the bags meant for recycling or donation. I was extra impressed that Janice carried out my old HP Printer which was a beast (big and heavy).

The four hours I spent with Janice were incredibly productive and it is such a delight to be able to walk into my office and feel the ease that comes with having a spacious, well-organized room.
